// WHERE WE CAN HELP

Project information and coordination

Bring locations, access arrangements, supplied utility records, permits, and supporting documents into a project map your team can navigate.

Travel and operating locations

Understand how your yard, office, and project distribution affect travel. Compare potential operating locations using your workload and agreed cost assumptions.

Construction records

Create a planned record of site conditions and progress to support coordination, review, and project handover.

What does your travel cost?

Crews that start the day driving toward the work never bill the windshield time. Three sliders, one honest estimate: this is the cost a location study goes after first.

5 crews
60 km

What the data says: every km carries an all-in cost near $0.85 once fuel, maintenance, insurance, and depreciation are counted (CAA driving-cost range).

5 days

Assumes $0.85 per km all-in vehicle cost, 35 km/h average speed, and $75 per crew hour. Rough by design; a study prices it on your dispatch data.

Estimated annual cost of travel
$225,000
Distance driven75,000 km/yr
Crew hours on the road2,143 h/yr
Vehicles + labour$64,000 + $161,000

// FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

What do you need for a travel study?

Project addresses, visit frequency, operating locations, and relevant vehicle and labour costs are a useful starting point. We agree how to model travel and distinguish observed information from estimates.

Can you work within our existing project systems?

We assess the available exports and integration options during scoping. A linked map or structured data handover may be sufficient without introducing another full project-management system.

Can a project map confirm buried utility locations?

A map can organize supplied utility records and verified locating results. Records-based mapping does not replace current locates or the verification required before excavation.
