Property Owners & Facility Managers

Make property information part of everyday operations.

Ventro helps property and facility teams connect spaces, assets, and supporting records. We organize existing information, document buildings where required, and develop practical ways for staff to find and update what they need.

can look like.

Each of these is a scope a team has asked for. Yours is agreed with you before any work starts.

Convert a property’s asset spreadsheet into a mapped inventory with linked records.
Create a portfolio view of buildings, planned projects, and outstanding information needs.
Prepare existing-condition documentation for a renovation.
Establish an update process for one building and one operational workflow.

What is not knowing your buildings costing you?

Every hour spent hunting for drawings, every emergency repair that could have been planned, and every kilowatt wasted in an empty zone comes out of your operating budget. Set your numbers and see the year.

5 buildings
5 h/wk

What the data says: construction and facility teams lose about 5.5 hours a week per person just hunting for current drawings and building info (FMI and PlanGrid, 2018).

65 $/h

A loaded hour adds benefits, overhead, and idle time to base pay, usually 30 to 50% on top.

$20,000 /yr

What the data says: moving reactive repairs to predictive maintenance saves up to 40% (US Department of Energy). We count 30% to stay conservative.

$60,000 /yr

What the data says: about 30% of the energy commercial buildings use is wasted (EPA ENERGY STAR), and good operations recover 5 to 20% of the bill (US Department of Energy). We count 10%.

Deliberately conservative: we count 30% of emergency repair spend and 10% of energy spend, below what the US DOE and EPA studies report.

// FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

Do we need a digital twin to begin?

No. A structured asset inventory or accessible map may be the right first step. We recommend the level of detail and technology that fits your workflow.

Can this connect to our maintenance system?

We assess its data structure, export options, and available interfaces. The scope may involve links, scheduled data exchange, or a more detailed integration.

How does the information stay current?

We agree who updates each record, which changes trigger a review, and how ongoing support will work. Maintenance responsibilities are part of the handover.
